Abel Ramos at Set Miami
For More nightlife events and nightclub info Click here
"Dream Come True," "For Your Mind," "Crash The Disco"... these are all dramatically titled tracks, and all titles of Abel Ramos' latest releases. The DJ/producer from Madrid, Spain is among the the most talked about names in house music lately (and not just for his creative track names). This week, miami is fortunate enough to have him come into town and deliver a praise-worthy set at a prominent South Beach spot.
This Sunday night at one of Miami's most infamous weekly parties to date, Sundance, Abel Ramos takes his talents into the booth at SET nightclub for an event that will leave people worn out upon leaving the dance floor. There's really no designated dance area at SET, which is why a majority of the time you see flirtatious ladies climbing on just about anything to bust a move!

Deadmau5 Unhooked

Ages: 21+
The 28-year-old dance music situation from Toronto, aka as Deadmau5, rolls his eyes at the description, which usually he sees as a hopelessly outdated way of expressing what he does. His sets are closer to live performances. He spins mostly his own material, building tracks on the fly, using cutting edge computer technology, including software he’s helped create himself. “There are no CDs involved,” he explains. “It’s a technological orgy up there and I try and keep it more my music than anyone else’s. If people come out to see Deadmau5 I want them to hear Deadmau5 music.”
It’s an technique that’s catapulted Deadmau5 into dance music’s A-list. It’s no overstatement to say that he’s the most stimulating name in clubland right now. Over the past three years he’s launched a string of club hits, setting off with the trance-house hybrid Faxing Berlin in 2006. It was followed last year by the euphoric filtered keys of Ghosts N Stuff, while this year he arrived at Number 14 with the lush atmospherics of I Remember, his collaboration with American producer Kaskade - the track has now sold over 120,000 copies. This October, Zimmerman releases his new album, For Lack Of A Better Name, which brings together the best of his single releases from the last 12 months. It’s not hard to see why the the pulsing dance groove of Hi Friend! featuring MC Flipside and FML’s military percussion and hard-hitting bass hook continue's to fill dancefloors around the globe. The first single will be a new version of Ghost.

Boris Believe Halloween at Pacha NYC
What’s scarier than Halloween? A Halloween WITHOUT BORIS. The local legend kicks off Hallow’s weekend right with his impressive beats and haunted rhythms.
The rich heritage of NY nightlife is zeroed in on the figure of the resident DJ: The homegrown jock that sets down roots in a single venue, bonds with the crowd, and examines the limits of a DJ set with his faithful. The DJ's who flourish in this demanding environment go on to become folk heroes, not only in New York, but all over the world!
DJ Boris started out his acension to these ranks in 2004 when the native of st. petersburg, Russia took up residence at Crobar, located in The Big Apple. It was the culmination of the years of workhorse gigging at almost every last club across New York. But it was more than that too: It was a movement that has shown no signs of fading.
Kim Kardashians Birthday at Tao Las Vegas
TAO Nightclub Las Vegas celebrates the weekends with Star-studded events from Celebrity Birthdays to monthly Magazine issue Release Parties. Tao is the place to see and be seen on the weekends. Who knows, you may end up partying next to a movie star....or Kim Kardashian!
Kim Kardashian knows how to PARTY!
The reality show diva will celebrate her 30th Birthday in Sin City. We understand that Kim K will hold a party at TAO nightclub inside the Venetian Hotel and Casino.
Just last year, Kim busted records with attendance when she held her 29th Birthday at TAO.
Who can forget about the classic episode from "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" where Scott Disick shoved money down a TAO employee’s throat? If the cameras are rolling this year, we’re pretty sure there will be a duplicate attack!
